Service is too costly. Charged 100 Rupees for a normal Quartz watch battery change, while I had got this done at 50-60 rupees from other shops in Trivandrum earlier in many experiences. Not even bothered to clean the watch when replacing the battery despite the dirt on the back panel joint. I have seen other technicians doing the same. Service cost was estimated at 450 Rupees (that too, on a watch worth 900 Rupees), I got it done from another shop for 150 Rupees. I don't know why people have given 5 star with out any supporting facts. I don't see any reason why I should even give a single star! I will never recommend from my experience.
Good watch showroom. Service is pretty good. Also, In addition to Titan & Fast track watches, they have good collection of Time and other watches. They do have Fast track smart watches.
I gave my watch for cut short the loop, they made my watch dumb. They are not an authorised merchants... Don't fall for them..
Disappointed. My fastrack watch got stuck in warranty period and warranty was only 1 month pending. After their service just after one and half month watch again got stuck. This time warranty got closed.
