Fastrack Store - Watch store in Hosur - Krishnagiri, India

Paid cash bill not provided. Getting bill was very difficult to get in the easiest way. Have to struggle and not able to reach by phone. All the time engaged and no response. Never expect from Tata company.

Great place if you are looking for Watches. I usually don't prefer their sunglasses. I had purchased 2 sunglasses from Fastrack which broke with 3 weeks after use. So I don't recommend. U can try their new smartwatches which are trending right now... Overall great place but I prefer the shop should have more space as it is little small

Hi Team , Yesterday I bought a wallet in this showroom , Customer Satisfaction was not there . The way of treating customers was not in a Good way, He treated us like we came for simply sake to visit the showroom. Moreover not even a single penny amount was been reduced .

Had bought two reflex watches about a month ago. Brand wise everything is good. But they gave one defective piece at first the had to visit the store again to replace it. They can be more responsible while delivering an item, since it is a reputed brand.

I purchased a fast track watch one month back and the quality of the watch is really not good after using 3-4 time from past one month and the color of watch is faded and quality of the Color of watch is good. And the customer service is also not good at Hosur FastTrack service center. When I went to the talk the with service person out of negligence only they are taking. And they not able to exchange or replace the watch.

This place is normal shop like Titan showroom ...here you will get same price of all showroom there is no discount for all time ..you will get season offer here.good place for all Titan products like watches,coolers,belts,bags,wallets
