After sales service is bad I purchased a smart watch after three months it stop working they didn't replace it nor repair it...

I recently visited this location for servicing work on a four-year-old watch that had retained moisture ever since the day it was wet in the rain. The service questions were minimal and Adil(Technician/Servicemen) has cleared it with no cost taken. They were humble and also the receptionist was guiding us on how to take care in those situations.

We bought the couple wrist watches when we have been here for shopping. Their customer service is very nice.

The service by the executives is great. U can redeem any type of insta vouchers here. U will get great service and products

I didn't like behaviour of showroom manager. He is differentiating the customer according to the watch they are purchasing. There was a offer of purchase watch and get free mask and salesperson got it but the manager sent him back
