They try to charge you higher even tho there is an offer going on online, i bought a watch for my friend they almost charged me more, before i showed them the online price in the official website which is 30% lesser. After a month, I went to repair my watch they told me the price for glass change is around 400-500 and the battery around 200 and the dial change around 700, they even told me that you can buy a new watch instead, i left from there as i know they are trying to cheat me, so i went to the world of titan in paltan bazaar they changed the glass and battery for only 202rs as the dial is not available. Situated on the RG Barua road near B Barooah College, this is one of the oldest Fastrack outlets in Guwahati. Store is smaller and hence not too many collections are available. Attendants are nice with a professional behaviour.

It's was great experience buying a new watch Staff were friendly and gave a good service.
Great collections of watches, bands, sunglasses as well as bags. Also newly launched products are available. Offers good discounts. Some of the price are in par with what you are charged in any of the online merchant sites.
You may find lots of watches acc. To your choice. You may even buy it. But when your watch stop working after 2-3 days, the process for getting yourself a replacement (if they don't have that product) is not up to customer satisfaction. They would make you run here and there even though that is their duty.

Located at a central area of Guwahati, this store has several luxury watch brands in their store. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I bought a watch for a special occasion and they really helped me to select the one I wanted for the occasion.
