The store has the best watches mostly in trendy models that attracts Adults very much .The Experience in the store is decent and polite.
Worst experience I had ever faced. I had visited multiple times this service center to fix knob issue of my fastarck watch. For every visit the service man made my match vulnerable instead of fixing the issue. At lost I have get it done the issue in Hyderabad service center. Better not to visit this service center for your watch service. The service man said company has stopped manufacturing of my watch glass, but I got it in Hyderabad service center and they said that still company is manufacturing the glass. It replicates that karimnagar fastrack service center mechanic doesn't know service and proper information about fastrack products.
super watches and nice designs. good response from staff and clear explanation about product ,coming to hospitality from store manager is very polite manner. good and do continue in the same with the customers.
Its a decent store with a good collection. Recommended to visit just incase if they need wallets, watches and bags. Prices are as expected from Fastrack.
Fastrack and Titan store are located side by side and maintained by same owners. Fastract store is very nice with products available at online price but in Titan store the price is fixed.
