I've been a member for the past 10 months, and the combination of expert indoor and outdoor training has transformed my fitness routine. The gym facilities are excellent, and the master's expertise in outdoor running adds an extra dimension to my workouts. I highly recommend this gym for a holistic fitness experience.

The gym is equipped with all the essential equipment's needed to develop an aesthetic physique and also comprises of crossfit classes which is exclusive of gym fee. It appears less crowded most of the time due to its vast area spanning to 3 floors and also the price is comparatively affordable. A good gym if you are in the nearby location of East tambaram and camp road.

We like way of coaching and training ,the infrastructure and equipments used are very fine and in good condition than other fitness centers . And we have to say about the trainers , they are professional and experienced ones. They are teaching their strategy and practicing us to be good in fitness . We are having a good effect in the exercises that we do in the gym.

Very nice staff, With a variety of classes and flexible membership options, it's a great fit for all fitness levels. While it can get busy during peak hours, I've always managed to find the equipment I need. I wholeheartedly recommend FastTrack for a positive fitness experience.

I have been going to this gym for about 9 months, now. One of the largest, well equipped gyms in the city. The best thing here is the personalised attention from the coach. He is very knowledgeable, credible, reliable and has around two decades (25 years) of experience. His diet approach is simple, straight forward, balanced and non complicated. He infuses simple natural lifestyle changes like oil bath, or having triphala at night, which are very powerful and effective. He ensures safe training. The mix of strength training, aerobics, cross fit, marathon running training ( including the weekly hill/beach runs) makes the fitness journey at Fast Track gym extremely enjoyable. I joined the gym primarily for marathon training. From a newbie to running, I could run (and of course complete ) the half marathon in just about 4 months of training. I have seen slow but steady and safe transformation in many other people who joined this gym. I can say with confidence that Your transformation and fitness is assured if you follow his instructions sincerely and consistently.

Great zym and a great coach.. Zym is equipped with all necessary items and neatly maintained. Schedule is well designed. Especially the coach who takes care of each individual to keep fit. I feel worth of joining...
