ALERT: QUALITY COMPROMISED! I got a service for my entire FAMILY from here in Aug, 23. This is a latest experience which I want to share. All the good professionals are changed now. All seems to be new comer and inefficient worker here and they are just experimenting with people. They don't even have courage and confidence in their work. I and my family ruined their money and mood. Previously I was so satisfied with their services that I couldn't go check other saloon. But now I feel it's time for everyone to look for an alternative saloon. I would highly discourage people from going in there.

I had an amazing first-time experience at Fashion Point in Inda kharagpur .I got the exact look I wanted with a haircut and beard grooming. The staff's behavior was excellent, and they even provided valuable suggestions to enhance my appearance, which truly worked. I've been to many other salons, but Fashion Point has won my heart. I would give them a 5-star rating for their outstanding services and exceptional customer service.

Terrible experience. Visited on 9th afternoon. Had the botox treatment for hair. Came back home with scratchy and itchy head with whole lot of lice that I never had since my childhood days. Don't know what kind of towel they use and that too of black colour that had lice on it already. From the very first wash my head started itching and i thought it was due to the kind of chemical they use for the said treatment. It's over 3 decades that I faced this lice problem again my life and can't even use the proper shampoo because they definitely are not sulfate free. They charge 4000/- for the treatment and can't even use a proper washed towel for the customers? Atleast a minimum level of decency and hygiene is expected for a 4000/- parlour visit. Don't you think Fashion Point?

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staffs. I asked for a specific have cut, they did completely different. Ruined my hair and look. Just for a DTan Mask (SARA) they charged 600 Rs. And did nothing. The female staffs are lazy and males are arrogant.

Good place and staff. Professional behaviour and prices will obviously suit your pockets.

I liked it very much. The facility is very decent and also reasonable price..

Worst service done for keratin I had done last week only in one wash hair condition got worst they have no value for money only know how to fool the customer and when complained the owner refused to do anything totally loss of money and time and was charged 4000 but of no use
