Had a worst experience here. Went to the shirt section where so many staffs gathered and were chit chatting with no basic etiquettes of leaving space for us when we were selecting items. Further chose a shoes and asked for a pair, in half and hour also they couldn't find the pair. Useless and hopeless service and quality of goods have degraded badly. This too shall close soon like the previous brand factory store !
Fashion factory Gangtok, DM Manas Mitra did not know how to speak and deal with costumer Poor staff quality, much untrained & blatantly start making their own regulations in terms of offers & prices. Most of them are stuck with their phones or are chit chatting all time. When we requested for different sizes they say whatever is on display is all they've got but we found more stocks underneath the displayed items & even more available sizes & shades/colours.
One who want to shoping fabric and fasion items must visit the show room. Can't return without shipping
