Fashion Factory - Clothing store in Chennai - Chengalpattu, India

Previously it was Brand factory great offers are there. Now not that much offers and collections. They charged Rs 15 for a Paper carry bag it was worthless.

No proper AC on the ground floor. No response even after asking workers about it. The main thing is they are scamming people with the name of offer & Coupons. No sufficient workers are available to help people when selecting clothes. Don't fall for their fake offers. If you see the stickers or labels on the dresses you can easily find out all the dresses are very old and they are selling it with the offer. Please ignore this and consider local branded shops.

Customer service is very good. I was exchanging my dress for 3 rd time due to some issue. They were handling it in a very good manner. And one thing i just wanted to share here is about a guy named arul who is working there in levis promoter i think. My son lost my chain which weighs around 3 sovereign. We came home and only found only it was lost around 11pm. Next morning nearly at 9.30 am we went shop. They opened the shop for us and that person arul found that chain and gave it to management and they returned us back too. I should be very thankful for that guy who hhas found my son's chain. It's not that much easy to give back the chain but we got it very easilly. Arul .. you are realy great

Good location with parking facility. Staffs are friendly. We have lots of branded collections with multiple choices. The store Manager - Tamil is easily approachable and helpful. Cost of the clothes are reasonable compared to the other stores. Few Cons are: Heavy crowd during weekends and staffs are not able to help us. Clothes are scattered across the stores. Trail rooms are super busy with dumped clothes. Addiction offers always available. Be watchful during the time. Avoid getting trapped.

Poor quality, outdated stock and couple of my kids trousers torn within 2 washes and my Lee Cooper sandals started wearing within 5 months with limited usage only

Cashier Sandhiya was very helpful in explaining the product price without any hesitation. One of the best service. She very patiently explained everything without when I asked so many questions.

Very poor service. Mostly one counter only open. Absolutely no car parking space. If parked outside, it'll be towed. AC leakage water will fall on your head when u shop. Collections are good. Need better customer experience.

This outlet has just been opened. They are just settling in and the staff is quite new. Very much same variety as in usual brand factory store. Actually the variety is quite overwhelming and at times you could end up getting totally confused on your choice of apparel. Parking is an issue as the complex is not fully ready and early buyers must be patient to start with. Hope things settle down and one can have a better buying experience soon. Location is bang opposite to Balaji Dental College and right beside the Pallikaranai fly over so there's no way you can miss it. Please give me a like if you found my review useful.
