Variety of collections, currently running at 50% off, seems took over from old brand factory.This is near akg hospital. I bought few dress for me and family. As usual last experience is not that great,need to wait for billing. One counter was empty at 13.55 04 Dec 2022. Can be improved end to end experience for any customer, because we carry our last experience wherever we go....one guy just now... Still I will recommend this store...

Seems like these people have hired someone whose job is only to create fake profiles and give a 5 star rating! They don't turn on the AC and it's so suffocating inside. The billing staff is clueless about the exchange process and it takes forever for them to ask their manager. There are many staff around but they are of no help whatsoever. And most offers are scams.

Products are affordable during festive season and discount period.Quality of some branded dress are good. You have to check the quality,size before you buy . Good customer service. Collection and all is fine. If you value your time better don't visit. This post is all about brainless acts of brainless people : The staffs make it a market place by screaming at each other. Billing guys are next level scammers. We paid for an item and the transaction was shown successful in a couple of minute the billing staff told that its not credited to their account so we must sent it once again and said that it happens sometimes. They themselves started murmuring each other " these guys wont understand that it will be credited back to their account". The billing process consumed almost an hour. And left us with humiliation and insult. They also told us to comeback and collect the amount if its not credited back to our account. As we questioned them, the floor manager fetched their statement and the transaction was already there in their account and it was successful. We didn't loose it just because we fought. They might be doing the same thing with other customers also. The billing girl kept on saying " it usually happens..." and poured her insulting smile on us. They will give us lots of coupons and once we ask to redeem it they will say its already on discount and there is no additional discount possible. Where in the coupon mentions " additional discount over existing discount/ whatever discount is available". A few people know the billing procedure well so they will keep on interacting with each other to help them scan, making you stand there and watch for a long time. They don't value anybody's time. Note To the billing staff - Better comedown to street and beg. I wonder how can a business run with these many people trying all their way best to provide least customer satisfaction.
