Very very bad experience ever... They fooling the customers using the old cloth exchange offer.... They said that old cloth exchange amount will be less in your new purchase bill amount but I don't get any discount .... And also I lost my cloths also. They kept our old cloth like jeans and Kurtis... And they collect bill amount the same... They cheating us in the name of old cloth exchange offer.... Don't buy anything in fashion factory and don't waste your money.

Liked the place and liked the staff (Sarasvati) , she helped us to search the cloths according to our taste . Liked the whole experience. Thank you sarasvati, (I hope you'll get the recognition you deserve.)

Bad experience in this shop. Twills brand promoter was not response in good way ,I'm so irritate this brand promoter, her name is chandu ,so badly experience

Hi good morning, I went for the shopping to the reliance store, but I saw manager is behaving very rudely with employees in front of the customers. I ever saw this kind of worst manager for reliance store.Deepak

Last month on 2000 rupees shooing they offer 2 pan as gift but me and my some friend still not get gift I visit store thrice but every time they say please come next week .

The offers are very good, but we have to screch for it....
