They have a lot of collections for both men and women, for kids as well. There's a lot of products available on offers, they have clothings, footwears, travel accessories, shoes, bags, perfumes and few other personal care items available on offers. The downside is that the billing takes so much time, they do have some coupon procedure which we never understood but that takes so much time and we had to wait around 40mins on line just for billing while we purchased only two clothes in 10mins ( yes they don't have separate line for few items purchased) They have to improve their billing procedures mandatorily.

Very poor quality.after one wash got damaged Lee Cooper brand . Another one tee GAP BRAND in first wash colour goes because of that other dress got damaged. Really very poor and disappointed Waste of money. Jeans and shoes are better options to buy

It was a really amazing experience I had at the store yesterday. There were a lot of collections at cheap, affordable prices. Thanks a lot for making my shopping experience an easy and affordable one.

Positive: Good collection for shoe Today(ocotober 10) I just visited shop buy puma shoe. Once wear feel like not suitable I'm asking next size not available at the time. Within 3 hours I come to exchange ask them I can wait for one week ask them to provide next size. They not ready to provide.

One by one off and extra 10% good offers

Worst customer service. I went on a weekday evening and there were 20 employees but no one is interested to attend or help find what we wanted. The whole shop felt empty. Management has to look into having employees stationed in their respective area and help customers promptly. If the issue is not addressed it is going to bring down their business.

Fashion Factory earlier Brand Factory. Just the name change all other items are same. Apparels available for all sex and age group. Additionally you can see belts, bags, suitcases, shoes, perfumes etc., also available which are accessories category. Trial room available, parking for four and two wheeler available. Restroom available, water has been kept near the billing center. Lift facility available, handicap friendly.
