Well the product stock is not new.. need to dig a lot.. western designs are up to mark but the ethnic wear doesn't meet the price they r selling..

I recently visited Brand Factory in Tirupati and was not very happy with the overall experience. The products were very old and outdated. The staff was not very helpful and they didn't seem to know much about the products they were selling. The store was not well organized and was quite cluttered. The prices were also quite high compared to other stores. The customer service was also not up to my expectations. Most of the staff were not very friendly and eager to help. The store didn't seem to have much variety in terms of products. I also found some of the products to be of inferior quality. Overall, I was not very impressed with my experience at Brand Factory in Tirupati. The store had outdated products and lacked variety. The customer service and prices were not up to my expectations either. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products at reasonable prices.

I visited fashion factory to purchase upto 20k but I saw the staff of sports wear apparels , they are really interested very bad in discussing about others life and one person is always in phone and some gatherings of people , those people work in the fashion factory does not have unity and coordination between them . Even the managers and officers are not handling the store properly . I didn't see such a worst store and staff. I have rounded the countries around the world , but here.... there is a large stuff. My request is to change the sports wear staff because they are making others bad. Managers are also needed to take reaction on sports wear apparels staff seriously ,so they receive customer positively

Good place to visit. However after purchase, they will not accept returns if tag is missing though we have customer bill. Retuns will accept only till 8:00pm

One more time proved it a business trick on buy 2 get 3 free. Price is almost triple of marketing price.

It was nice.....need to have patience to choose the best from the available alternatives...COVID-19 SOPs followed...Sanitiser not maintained
