Excellent service... Very obliging people caring for the place. The pool is kept clean, the water fresh. The food served was very good too. Rooms were clean, linen on the beds too were clean and fresh. Would love to go to this place again... Would highly recommend Gold's resort if you're looking for a quiet getaway with family...
Nice place to have fun and relax. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool & kids play area well maintained. For food either we can order from outside or prepare on our own.
Can't even share a single star for this resort but google forced me to do so.No cleanliness, no hospitality, hard behavior of the people working over there, no proper food at their restaurant, u can't can't even order and get food from outside restaurants. Don't prefer this resort nowadays by seeing previous reviews. I went to this resort on 14/8/22.Think wisely for a better money value.
Plz don't go there... Not worth for money bad behavior of the people working over there....we booked for 8 members totally 16k.they said complementary food but actually not Providing proper food and saying that's is limited and not providing food on time they providing breakfast at 10.30 lunch at 3pm , dinner at 10.30 pm and drinking water is also not providing .. Room and toilet was not cleaned properly and very very bad smell like public toilet now a days even public toilet is also cleaned properly.... Bad bad behavior from those people aasholes plz go for other best resorts
I had been there for a full day with my friends...i would say that be most worst way of treating guests...whatever they ve said on the menu it wil never be the same when u visit there...u will experience a bad hospitality...and those managing team guys were the most arrogant and halfwit guys we ve ever seen in our life...even the toilet is not clean..no proper water supply in morning..no proper food delivery timing..and most importantly..if we complaint these things..they will not answer u properly and ignore u ..after collecting the money for stay they wont even consider u as a humans...atlast they will make u feel lyk a fool...if google had negative star reviews..i would give minus 100 for this resort
Worst service we had, mainly person who are taking care will create problems, no food on time, no respect to the people, no water on time, when we complain to owner they also very careless, think twice before you go
Booked this place for a friend's Bachelorette but very disappointed with the service. Booked for it had pool side but wasn't offered on the final day. Paid rs 600 per plate for the food which doesn't cost more than 170. Will not recommend this place to anyone
