I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. F&f gym has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Everything is so clean, every trainer closely watches and corrects everyone's form Good mix of functional fitness with traditional gym equipment.

The best gym in all aspects..! Best and variety of equipments, well maintained equipment, different sections for cardio, CrossFit, weight training etc. And the trainers too are nice. My personal preference, Nitin sir. One of the best trainers. Very polite and definitely experienced. Knows his way when it comes to training a person and gives proper focus and guidance to you. Kudos.!

Best gym with all the professional trainers who will always motivate you to do your best time to time.

Fraud people. I just paid the payment from family member account and they didn't allow me to do on the basis that payment should be from your account. They are not even ready to refund the fees. Terrible experience!

F&F is a Perfect gym where you will get a great coach who helps you to get fit.. Also the owner (Mr Kapil ) and receptionist (Ms Laxmi )is very nice towards the clients.. Ambience of the gym is also perfect.. All machines and equipments are in well maintained condition.

If you value your money.. this is the place to do all your workout. One of the best trainers(3-4 trainer everytime there are around 6 in total) big, friendly helpers, owner does his best to maintain a healthy environment and pays constant attention to how the gym can be improved. Activity area, regular yoga, dance and other kind of fitness sessions take place. Any problem one may have gets resolved within a week after you tell it to the owner or you may even use suggestion box for the same. Yes yes thing
