Recently hosted an event famous residency hall. The convenient location of hall made it easy for our guests to find, and the surrounding area added a touch of sophistication to the overall ambiance. Lighting of the hall was elegant. Rooms are good for stay. Food arranged by Famous residency and was very good. Ideal place for small gatherings.
We have stayed there for 2 days. Intercom not working. Most of the lights & charging points not working. We have complained to reception. They have not taken any step to repair. They were not willing to reduce that amount in the bill. So before check in please check everything in the room.
Excellent place for stay and making functions . I booked a hall for betrothal function. When booking a hall it was available at 4 th floor only. At that time no hall was vacant. Before my function date the proposed function at basement floor was cancelled. Actually decoration was partially completed in 4 th floor. The MD of the Residency immediately allotted the basement floor and shifted all the decoration to basement floor. Staff behavior is highly appreciated. The residency located in a prime area easy to access to public and consist decent car parking.
We went for our relative engagement and the engagement hall is ok and only can accommodate 30 to 40 people in a nice place. But AC is not sufficient during the function as they only use 2 split AC only. Overall, it's a nice venue for birthdays and other functions.
Bedspreads to be maintained in clean conditions. Switches to be fixed properly. Washrooms and bucket/mugs to be cleaned. Toilets to be cleaned and to be kept neat & clean to attract decent travelers.
Excellent mini hall with good appearance and service. Food was awesome. Sound systems were placed both in Hall and Dinner place.Rooms looking neat and having a good view of Srirangam temple which makes pleasant feel.
Not value for money. Need more improvement. Verify all things before taking room like water and other basic facilities

This is a very comfortable lodge for more than 2 adults. There are 2 bed rooms with separate ACs. However only 1 Toilet is there with 2 bathrooms. Staff is good. We can have comfortable stay here.
