Going for cashless treatment having FHPL as your health insurance provider is like jumping out of plane without Parachute. Their Toll free for claims won't connect to their support executive even you wait for days or hours & it'll disconnect automatically. Time to ignore this FHPL & move on to better provider. It's High Time for Corporate & MNC companies to withdraw tie-up with these kind of extremely bad providers.
Worst experience. No response . the phone number provided doesn't work even. no one answers politely. submitted original in this office but in portal they still say the proofs are not clear submit original. There is no tracking if the proofs are submitted or not. I have to re iterate many times that i have submitted originals in Chennai office.
Don't ever buy this insurance.. It's totally waste of time and money. Its been 10 months now still my claim was not approved.
Worst service, I had cashless policy which is managed by FHPL hospital has been chasing for approval for over 4 days post hospitalisation. No proper response, no point of contact. One of the worst service I ever had.
No proper point of contact - No proper Assistance - Worst service. If we call tollfree we need to wait for 30-45mins and in the end our call will get disconnected. Even after sending reminder mails my issue is not being resolved.
