One of the many view points shown by the tourist operators. Farthest view and hence visibility is poor. If there is mist or fog or rains One can't see anything there.
The viewpoint of Manjalaru Dam is great, the views are awesome, it's unfortunate that the place is very dirty is been used as a public toilet!!
We were driving from Kodai to Thekkady and we passed this place. We stopped to enjoy the amazing weather. From this point one can view the waterfall, the stream that empties into the lake, the coconut groves and the green green grass. The wind is cool and misty in the monsoons. There is a Temple close by as well as a couple of Tea Stalls where one can get hot tea and coffee as well as snacks.
Nowadays everyone is busy and engaged in breadwinning activities and having stress and strain. To ease the stress atleast once in 6 months we should go to such places to regenuvate ourselves.
