Cleanliness -had to change bedsheets, covers , towels etc upon arrival since they were not changed before. 1 star location -Location is inside a big society premises with some trees around the place so some phone network issues may happen. cab arrival takes time 8 to 10 mins .but if you are looking for a peaceful location this is good. 3 stars WiFi- Quite surprisingly -great connectivity & speed.5 stars Staff& Service- Fast & quick.polite staff. Food & outside delivery is allowed till the room so that's good.Some good restaurants & places in 1-2 km of place. water available is of local brand 20L can.branded ones not available. 3 stars. Room& space - room is not very big but medium size.enough space for 2 people. Lift is channel one. mattresses are comfortable and don't get squeezed down easily. if you are looking for a moderate budget stay this is an ok place in an under 2k budget.

Had a really bad experience at the hotel in terms of hospitality, rooms, service and overall amenities. Since it was a 5 day long stay we booked a bedroom in a 2 BHK, which was supposed to be equipped with a kitchenette. To our surprise when we reached they had already given the room to someone else (petty money making) and transferred us to a different building (supposedly owned by the same owner). The owners were not at all adjusting and forced us to check out from the temporary room sharp at 11am next morning, while the other room (for which we nade the booking) was not ready until 12:30pm. Made us sit at the reception all this while, and argued in the rudest manner. One of the owners, Mr.Ajay is extremely rude and has no sense of hospitality, limited interaction recommended with this guy. Understand and shouts only his PoV with no respect for the guests. The room had no stove and was not provided even after requesting. Rooms are small in size but okay to live in for a budget hotel. Old construction so not many modern facilities (card keys etc.). AC in the room was not working properly, was not corrected after telling the hotel staff; bedding and towels are poor quality, sheds a lot of lint and spoils clothes; kitchenette didn't have stove etc. only a microwave and fridge was kept; cockroaches come out in the evening in the rooms; location is a little dark with a lot of stray dogs, not safe to walk down to the main road. Wifi is average, not great speed but not too bad.

Everything was nice, received well, rooms n bathroom were good enough, just one thing, tv is only in the hall but not in rooms, rest all is fine

Location is very far but room is clean and nice. Just bedsheets and pillows should be more clean. Breakfast wasn't available not fair we paid for it. They said he went to hometown.

It's a studio apartment and not a hotel. It is perfect for workation. We used the Wi-Fi for work and it was fast and I was able to work smoothly. Since this is a studio, you can order food with the reception and even get stuff delivered from Swiggy. Good place to stay.

loved it! good people. stayed here for 5 days felt like we were part of a family. so welcoming. they treated me and my family so well. food was good, beds were pretty good, location is alright and lift works. dont hold such high standards you won't get the best of the things but it's the energy of the people working there always smiling that keeps us happy as well! especially the short guy and himanshu.

I stayed here with my family for a week. Here's what I felt about it- Good things: 1. The 2bhk flats are spacious and clean 2. Covered parking 3. You can cook your own food 4. Room service response is quick 5. It's close to ORR 6. Restaurant's food is cheap (most of the items tastes good). Bad things: 1. Location is very far from city's center. 2. There is only 1 Washing machine for all flats. You need to go down and put your clothes in a semi automatic washing machine (But if you tell any of the workers they will send the washed clothes to your flat) 3. The furniture, especially the sofas were not well maintained.(but for a week it manageable) Overall, I enjoyed my stay here!

We booked 1 room in a 2bhk here. Everything looked fine till night and then There were cockroaches everywhere in room and kitchen everywhere. We had to call the owner to bring baygon to spray kill the cockroaches. This is not a regular hotel where you will get fresh towel or room cleaning. The washing machine is old. It is a good for 1 night hotel which is quite costly compared to the price
