This is my review after 3 months of membership. The gym is good, the first one week trainers will train you.
After that if you need it you can opt for it or else you can do your own workouts. Equipment is fine, old model but well maintained.
The cardio section could've been better. Need maintanence.
They have centralised AC and they will turn ON the AC even if you are the only person in the gym. So no complaints about AC.
They are doing some improvements in the gym so we can expect some more activities/new features in the future.
So overall a very good experience and a nice gym for an affordable price.
I ahev relationship with Falon more than five years , well amnnered and trained staff make workout enjoyable, it was first Gym in kharghar open till 11 pm from 6 am in the morning ,

Hello sir , this is Ajay once again a member of your gym. I have following with you regarding AC the situation hasn't changed a bit since November. I have paid **** for 15 months on 15 th of this month my 7 months please refund my rest amount . I don't want to continue with you. I will be giving u a letter regarding the same .
The owner doesn't respond another guy Sachin keeps promising things will changes nothing changed since November. I have proof of communication on WhatsApp .

Finally some good news, things have changed over a period of time since Hardeep & Ali sir joined . Now AC's are working fine there are trainers on floor. Positive environment can be seen now hopefully it stays this way and would like to see steam room issue also being resolved ASAP.
Mind Bloin gym Falcon fitness awesome gym really Ali sir good instructor its best gym in kharghar can join anyone if want , wont regret I feel.
It's a fabulous atmosphere, good equipments & a good crowd..the main highlight is the space, it has ample of space so it never feels cramped up.
The staff is very supportive and helpful, they are ready to take inputs and improve the setup which is a thumbs up in my books.

Good gym and rates are reasonable... Im here from 2021..the workout routine is best for all over body for building muscle mass.. Sairaj sir and mahesh sir are very supportive and knowledgeable... Higly recommended.

As a women it is a best gym & also spacious for workout and different CrossFit sessions there is separate area named as green area ... sharing my fav spot of gym
Shikha ma'am is an amazing teacher and a wonderful person. I had no training in yoga at all , but with regular practice at Shikha ma'am's classes , I am even able to do some advanced yoga postures. My flexibility and strength has improved many fold.
It was an excellent experience practicing Sudarshan Kriya under the guidance of Mayuresh Asodekar sir and Suchitra ma'am at Vashi centre. This has led to the beginning of my spiritual journey.
