Very good Hotel , i visited in 2017 and 2023. Owner and hotel staffs are very good and great location. I enjoyed a lot. Clean room and very clean bathroom. I suggest to book this property without any hesitation. Awesome room. Nice restaurant. Very nice food. Specially the owner of the property is very friendly and helpful. I will visit next time when I will be in Goa.
Located in 3mings walkable distance to the Calangute beach. Rooms provide basic amenities, there are balconies which overlooks the parking area of the beach. Cleanliness could be better, the linens provided were not clean,had blood stains, on informing they changed it. The con of this place is that they do not have any parking and you have to use the paid parking area, so if you bring your car, you have to shell out parking fee for every hour you are in the hotel. The do not accept card payments and will ask for cash payments or UPI payment to individual account, not merchant account.
Managers and owner is soo rude even not treating us they denied to give ne wifi password The rooms were also average spiders were hanging over the walls
The rooms are good...you get cleaned room with all essential necessities...also there is an open balcony...toilet is also clean...and you have food corner and bar also available.. although the food is bit costly or can say expensive...the staff of the resturant as well as hotel is friendly and helping ...always ready to help.
Good place to stay and near to the beach
Went to have breakfast and ordered bread omlet for kids and family... They prepared worst omlet without onion or a piece of veges in it... Which I specially requested to add it.. And the bread was also worst. We had ordered lassi and lime juice which was also okay. They charged me 120Rs for per plate of bread omlet which is also too expensive... Not worth to have food

Resort was great to stay Caretaker was amazing too. The pool had a good view, however, we didn't enter it even once because we were busy roaming. The place is easy to find and 24 hours accessible. You'll also get a 24 hour restaurant with great food at a walkable distance from here. Had a great time
