One of the best place to stay and have vacation, services are one of the best world class, we spend very good and memorable time of stay at this place, my advice who so ever is coming to Lucknow must stay here and feel the Nawabi Culture with Humble gesture. Thanks for Good Hospitality.
Unfortunately there is no rating below 1. They deserve negative. It's not a hotel it's studio apartment. No service. Checkin time was around 20-25 min. They don't know how to take payment through card, no hot water in the room , etc. Be prepare for all such torture if you are going to plan your stay here.
Rooms were spacious no doubt. City view was also good.Front desk people were very polite.But there was maintenance issue. First room given to us was changed as it was not properly cleaned and flush was not working. Again in the second room bit cleanliness issue. A used smoking cone was kept in the balcony, carpet was bit dirty. Got lunch after 1.5 hours. TV set top box was not activated. At around 2.30am night while sleeping our door bell rung. We didnt respond.Next day found geyser was not working, when person fixed it later we found it was getting overload and mcb was tripping frequently. So they asked us not to use the geyser. We had a early check out at around 4.30am, when we asked them to pick up the lugguage, they didnt come. We then picked up our luggage. We were 2 ladies with a small child.Not a good experience.
Overall stay experience was very good. Every employee of the firm performed their duties very sincerely. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to stay here once again during my next Lucknow visit!.
I was completely satisfied with the stay and it was more than what I expected. The hotel manager, Mr. Suryansh is a very nice and humble person who ensured that everything was smooth. overall the experience was very excellent

Ambience is good.staff is helpful.some small things are missing like...no hooks in washroom for hanging clothes, hot water ,no dustbin in room . Other than that good .

The doctors here are very good. It is very helpful, very supportive and My wife gave birth to the child in this hospital. And all my experience was good.
Before going to the clinic I was having a severe back ache problem but when I started to go to clinic, it took about 3 to 4 days to get relieved but name was reduced to about 50percent. I am still getting the treatment done and the pain is reduced to
