Perfect for anyone travelling for official purposes. It's at an ideal location and service is truly exceptional. The staff is always making sure your stay is comfortable and pleasant. The food is delicious and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of food available. Nothing short of a memorable experience every time!
Had an enjoyable stay. The room service was consistently excellent, with prompt and attentive staff. The food was of high quality, and cleanliness was well-maintained during the entire stay. It's a secure place to lodge, and they offer a diverse range of food options.
My stay at Mariott Pune has been a great experience. The food and other services were exceptional and the staff was very friendly. My 1 year old kid enjoyed his baby walks in the lawns and the patio. The staff gelled well with the kid and had a great time. Would like to thank all the people that made our stay memorable.
A great place to stay. People in the reception are so friendly and were helping everyone to their needs. The breakfast was exceptionally good.
The room was near the elevator, I was able to hear each ring of the elevator. In addition of that, there is a door in the room between my room and another room. I was affraid because the person in the other room was shooting in the door. It wake me up at the middle of the night and I was affraid as I was a woman alone. After shooting he put the TV on and it was like if I was in the second room.
Excellent stay and staff services. They made my parents and my toddler so comfortable . Special mention to Ms Shivani Agarwal at front office for listening to all our queries and solving them patiently. Food is amazing . We were exhausted from day long tour.. the hotel is excellent choice for business travel .
Only pro about this hotel is location, rest everything from rooms to service is just pathetic. They take guests for granted, and I don't know how people have liked the food and the breakfast spread, we found it utterly disappointing with very few good options. Some pictures also show pool at this hotel in MMT and other booking sites but there is no pool in this particular property. Also, if you need any help please help yourself as the staff is least bothered about providing the basic service or helping hand.
Standard Fairfield type rooms, with great customer service. Food quality is amazing, they have live music over the weekend. Executive lounge is at the same space as restaurant. Bartenders serve nice mocktails. The chef makes specific food out of the menu for Marriott Bonvoy Elite members.
