Manager satisfactorily resolved some annoying issues that initially arose. The rooms and views are very nice. Bed comfy and lovely linens. Security /safety is excellent. Great breakfast buffet offerings. If you are sensitive noise, note there is a nightclub on the premises that goes past midnight.

Could have been better. It was far too costly for the services offered. The staff was polite and helpful but forgetful. They never brought us the anniversary cake we requested for. maybe it was because the hotel was getting full when we entered. The sheets were torn in places and didn't look very clean. Also every time I came back from the swimming pool, I had rashes in the exposed skin that would go away after a bath and scrub. The alcohol service was however good and the bar was decent.

Had the worst experience ever. By booking earlier, you'd think that your room would be reserved, right? Wrong! They overbook their rooms and make you wait for over 1 hour for rooms. Also, if you ask for a timeline, as to wait for how long, they don't even have any answer. Absolutely chaos, worst management. It's definitely not worth the price you're paying. Go for other options you'll find in this price range. They offer a much better and quicker service.

Be Aware!!! They will bounce your bookings in the last minute. They just don't mind telling you that they don't have rooms when you are right at their lobby even when you have confirmation in your hands. So unprofessional Lack of ethics Lack of Co ordination with in their internal departments and due to which guests suffer and even they suffer their clients they are least bothered. Very in experienced un professional people sitting in higher positions Please avoid this Hotel. There are far better hotels in this location. Three star Hotels are far better than this hotel. If you are booking this hotel then be prepared to have last minute shocks no surprise if they do that to anybody. Better avoid booking this hotel even you are getting a better deal. Actually over priced....also..... Please don't go by it's brand. Pathetic....

Once you are planning to stay, be alert, they will take 2-3 hours to reach your baggage in the room, as they have some sort of manpower. The hotel has a lot of mosquitoes, so be alert otherwise you will fall sick. It claims to be four stars but unfortunately it is only one star. They have managed to get four star by some means.

45 mins were taken just for check in. Extremely bad and slow service. The bed had stains and old sheets. The third bed smelt of urine and after repeated complaints, no change was made. Coffee sachets, towels, and water bottles were not provided even after multiple calls. The iron in the room also did not work.

Nice property with an excellent view, room size is adequate and packed with all the required amenities. Front office staff are acting smart in terms of providing rooms on time. They need to be well mannered.

Beware of booking a room with them!! Had an aweful experience despite paying the full booking amount in advance and having a confirmed booking with them. We were asked to wait for almost two hours stating that they were "OVERBOOKED" for that day!!! How can a hotel be overbooked, especially if you have pre-paid booking done in advance! We'd to wait there with an infant and a toddler for a long time. The customer service is pathetic, nobody will ever walk up to your room no matter how big the issue is. There was no help offered while checking out to get our luggage till the cab, reason there's only one trolley and there's a manpower crunch! Suggest to drop a few stars and just put it as a two star property so that people have thier expectations set right for this particular Marriott property. This place just disregards the brand reputation. After raising it with them on thier CSAT form, the only reply I get is, we regret that you'd to go through it, but we'll work on it and hope to see you soon!!!!
