Amazing hotel with professional and cooperative staff. Platter available has a good variety, you'll take atleast 2-3 days just to explore everything on the breakfast. Quality and taste of food is beyond delicious. Maintenance and cleaning staff are professional and service time taken is bare minimum. Would recommend for a good experience for a hotel whether travelling for work or vacation.

Rooms were very nice, overall hotel was good. The food was okay, I was expecting much more but it was not bad. What I did not like about is the service here. I could clearly see they served to foreigners better, did not pay much attention to others like us. It took a lot of time to serve dinner or even to bring bill so we can pay and go back to our rooms. Even we paid to live there just like the foreigners. We did not get the room for free, so I expect equal or at least better treatment than this.

Loved staying at this place. Staff were so friendly and in service they couldn't do enough. Head chef kept asking for feedback and offered take away lunch for our onwards journey that was a pleasing surprise. All the wait staff, restaurant manager were really friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this hotel over some of 5 star hotels in India. Service was impeccable.

Location opp High Court and upcoming areas of Jodhpur. Close to airport and industrial areas. Well maintained clean rooms, excellent breakfast spread and buffet, excellent service. Wish coffee were better. Will come again definitely

Awesome experience, hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel room was very clean. My husband was sick during the visit and staff went out of way to help us out. I will definitely recommend this hotel and we will plan to come back.

We had the "wonderful" pleasure of experiencing the room, which was somewhat acceptable, except for the tiny bathroom with a lovely damp ceiling. Room service was presented in a way that implied it was meant to be eaten in bed, but of course, there was only one tray for two people. The key card stopped working not once, but twice in the same day, which is incredibly impressive for such a prestigious hotel. To top it off, there were power outages a staggering 10-15 times on the same day. One even occurred while we were in the elevator, and the lights went out, and the elevator fell for half a second--a truly terrifying experience, I must say. The next day, we decided to dine at the restaurant. We were told it was a buffet, but it was only after we had taken some food that we were asked if we wanted to order from the menu. The food had clearly been sitting out for hours, with a layer of crust forming on top of the sauce--quite repulsive. And when it came time to pay, it cost a whopping 1700 rupees per person, which is more than the cost of the room itself. The reception then informed us that it would only be 1200 rupees if we had a room, but we had to wait an hour to get 1500 rupees back. Overall, a truly regrettable experience

The hotel is good. Go for room with complimentary breakfast, they serve good food. But the breakfast options are same all 7 days. Only negative thing is that it's located on the exterior side of the city, hence difficult to find cabs sometimes. Hotel has their own cab service.

It is a very good property with good location. Although it's a recent construction it offers old Palace looks. Rooms are good with nice views. Outside food is also allowed and the restaurant here is also really nice. Good location for marriages also on the terrace. Overall nice place
