Staff is very friendly and polite, always greeting with a smile and ready to accommodate your request. The hotel restaurant has pretty good Indian and Continental choices, Chef Sainath gives the extra mile to make you feel at home, Larson is very attentive and polite, front desk team is also very collaborative and courteous. Rooms are small average size but comfortable and with good amenities, this is a beach hotel so it is supposed you will be mostly outdoors by the pool and beaches not in the room so size is not an issue. For business or a short beach stay is well located and affordable, but the hospitality is their strong side!! Congratulations to all the Staff for being polite and friendly.
Rooms are pretty decent especially room no. 238 & 239 which have a great view of lush coconut farm. The room cleaning service guy named Rizwan was v polite and dutiful and gave us a very warm welcome. The breakfast spread needs to be upgraded with an more elaborate choice as per Marriott standards. Also they should upgrade the television and provide a smart one
The place is located in the prime place from where you can roam around North Goa. The breakfast was good. They are absolutely punctual. The staffs are humble and their hospitality was very good. We went on bike, we wish if they could allow us to keep it in the premises where we stayed instead of there place where all bikes should be kept.
Simply impressed by the service & staff. Very very considerate and welcoming. Breakfast need to be worked on, although they acknowledged all the requests so no complaints there. Really impressed by the service, felt like kings.

I was here for a week and I had a great stay. The staff were very warm, friendly and helpful. The restaurant team were super nice and did a great job helping this picky Brit navigate the menu, and the food was fine. It's Goa, so it's a party atmosphere with a lot of people in the pool and music playing most of the day. There's a poolside happy hour for drinks. I'd happily stay here again Can improve rooms and ambience a bit more,,
Really nice hotel. Location is perfect and close to all major attractions and restaurants. The staff is very polite and friendly and always there to help in case of issues. Valet parking facility is very useful. Buffett spread is also good. Good hotel and facilities at the price point. Good hospitality.
