One of the worst buffet dinners ever (On 6/11/23) monday night, absolute dry and stale food fish was full of odour, there was more bone than chicken, the flesh was super dry and stale. The rice in the biriyani tasted terrible. It should not even be priced at 500 per plate, it's honestly that bad. Unable to keep food in mouth. I request the management to enquire about what they even prepared on this particular day and why it was so bad.

Staff is very nice, all front office, restaurant staff, security take care so well!!! Food has limited options, average taste as per my taste buds but good. They offer a few options if you need anything. So overall good.
Not worth the price. Food is average charging 1400 with tax for a dinner , no good taste just average. Buffet breakfast almost same every day and only this is included in package complimentary . Bread omelette done also not cooked properly full liquid inside. Other aminites I'm not sure except gym which is fine. Value for money should be taken noted by this hotel management on priority to give the best to it's customers.hope they will improve.

I stayed here for business trip. Unlikely the other Fairfield in Indonesia, Fairfield Mahindra isn't so special, just like a budget hotel. But I really happy with the staff, they really helpful to my problems. And also the location is really good. There are a lot of food around it and have different menu, really foreigners friendly.
It was a good experience, though the time i stayed was few hours only. The rooms (queen size) are little small but one can manage if the stay is not longer than 1 day. Service is good. Food is good but few more dishes can be added to the menu.
Mr. Sarathi provided a very warm and nice hospitality during our visit to Cafe 1st Story. The food and service was also very good.
