I had their services while I was in Trivandrum for sister in law's wedding. The shop is conveniently located in Vattapara. The staffs are efficient and well behaved. Price is pleasantly reasonable. My hair cut was done by a staff there, I forgot his name, he was from North India and knew hindi.. we chit chatted a lot during hair cut. He was a master in his craft. Never had such impeccable haircut. They offer bridal make up and party makeup for ladies. Highly recommended!

bad service.. If someone comes in plain clothes, no one will even ask why they have come, so there is no need to waste time.

Very bad experience with saree draping. She draped two times and blamed the saree instead of her skills. Spent 500 Rs just for this bad look. Someone who is into this business cannot just blame that the problem is with the saree material , satin saree skirt etc . Totally do not recommend her.

Not satisfied with the service. I called the owner or respected person before i went their for checking availability.. She said yes..i went their.. The owner was not their.. But 3 staffs was their. No other customers was their at the parlor . I wanted to layer my hairs without lossing its max. length.. That guy who did my hair cutting showed me before starting how much he gonna cut.. I was okey with that length.. Took almost 1 hr for hair cut... The result... He already cutted almost half of my hairs.. But he suggest some remedies for my hair fall issues.. So one star for him. Eye brow threading was okey done by a lady. D tan and clean up was done by another lady in upstairs.. Had little horrible experience.. She dont know Malayalam or even english..i am not much comfortable with hindi but can understand a little... She used to speak hindi like a non stop radio.. What i want and what she did was really opposite..she made me to wait thr at the table for a very long time.. She was totaly confused and looked nervous.I asked her for removing my chain before starting the procedure, i dont know whether she get me or not she simply started the procedure. After applying a pack she told to wait for 15mnts.. And she went away.. She didnt came even after 25mnts. Also all preparation were done out side of the room where i was. She told me it Will take 20-25 mts for the procedure but took more than one hr. All equipments and facilities are available their but no proper guidence or coordination by the owner. I went their with lot of expectations but the outcome was really disappointing

I really had a bad experience with the parlour. I went there for saree draping and hair styling. Got to say, the way they helped me wear the saree was on point but what disappointed me was the hair styling. All I asked for was a simple hair straightening. But 10 minutes after the procedure my hair started bending and even before the function, my hair was back to its original form. Also the staffs who were styling my hair were very harsh with the process. I was definitely not satisfied with the entire experience with Fair Face.
