To be frank, staffs were in a rush and it was my first time doing make up. No one liked my make up and it was a bit over priced. One of the staff was friendly.

My experience with fair and lovely beauty parlour is very good. Staffs are very co operative and skill full. Each and every service is very carefully done. As a customer i am very relaxing to facial section. Threading is also good and painless. Receptionist is also gentle with us for our needs.GOOD SERVICE. GOOD COMMUNICATION. DEDICATED STAFFF. NEAT AND CLEAN ATMOSPHERE. THANKS TO EVERYONE

I love coming here to get my hair done! From the moment I walk in the door, the smiles and welcome I get from staff is wonderful. I love working with my stylist to bring my ideas to life in my hair. One of my favourite things about getting my hair done at the fair and lovely is all the compliments I get about my hair. I would definitely recommend!!

Went for henna, haircut and threading. The front lady asked the staff who were sitting in front that who is going to attend me.All were busy on phone and none wanted to come.Finally one lady was called by the main one and she came very reluctantly. Her behaviour and management of curly hair was pathetic!if they don't know, why are they taking up customers? For threading, another lady came and she also passed unwanted comments over my eyebrows.Her threading made me look like an oldie.When confronted, she said it's the problem of my face and eyebrows. For facial,though they say shehanaz and all, what they do is, give smaller portions of creams from reception almirah from unknown jars to the staff. We will never know what and which they are using. Facials are finished in hurry burry in less than 30 min if they have other customers. Haircut is atrocious. Many girls as trainees and we are guinea pigs. No bills for their service, in chit paper one girl wrote 2550 and gave. If someone needs good service there are much better places in Muvattupuzha.I will not recommend this place to anyone.Only once I went and will never go again.

Visited this place for Keratin treatment and haircut. Great experience.The best part that I liked about this place is they let us know advantages and disadvantages of any treatment that we are doing and help us to make an informative decision the hair cut down was also beautiful

The service were really awesome the make my First pedicure so memorable. Even hair sap was so relaxing. Extremely happy with the service.. Overall good experience, timely service and great staff..

Thank you so much for making me beautiful on my engagement and wedding day. I felt like I made the best decision with my makeup and Dona did an amazing job. I was following their Instagram pages and I really loved all their works. I was very sick on my engagement and wedding day but the people there were very patient and made me so comfortable. She also provided suggestions and I was really happy with my makeup and also the hair. I am never confident with cosmetics, but she made me the most confident I have ever been in my life. I would really appreciate their efforts for me and will definitely recommend to my friends.
