I had read one Marathi book *GUN GAIN AWDINE* gunn gaaiin aavddiineN Written by Great Marathi Writer P.L.Deshpande (pu. l. deshpaaNdde) he has writen about this Great Sculpturist Annasaheb Raghunath Krishna Fadke. After reading this i had decided to visit this palce. I m so happy to visit this place. This is the lonely place on the hill, this place is donated by Sardar Pawar of Dhar to Annasaheb. Sardar Pawar has called Annasaheb from vasai to make sculpture of his mother. After making of this sculpture Sardar Pawar was delighted and offer this land and ask Annasaheb to work and form studio . After that Annasaheb start work here and built this Fadke Studio in Dhar. He has made beautiful sculptures of the great personality of India like Shree Gajanan Maharaj, Saibaba, Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Lokmanya Tilak, Shubhash Chandra Bose, Vinoba bhave, Ahilya Devi (Maheshwar Statue) Raje Holkar family, Sardar Pawar Family, Kumar gandharv, ustad Amir Khan, P.L. Deshpande and so many. This is one of the best happiest moment in my life. Please do visit this place.
Phadke studio is a very old and renowned sculpture art studio, where samples for customer approval are displayed. Quality and class of these hand crafted sculptures are amazing, human anatomy is visible in detail, muscles, vens, fine skin lines and wrinkles are highlighted with perfection, many award winning sculptures are on display, all samples have large size statues placed at different parts of India. If you are visiting Mandu or otherwise it's a must visit place in Dhar, for a lifetime wonderful experience.

It was an amazing experience to visit the Fadke Studio. All the statues were very lively. The person who was explaining about every statues was well educated about the Subject. He would explain the art form then the idea formation process and then about the people whose statues were built there.
It's a place worth to visit. Shri Raghunath Krishna Phadake was the master mind behind this museum. He created a lot of real looking sculpture. He not even made the sculpture of personalities but also he made a sculpture of his cook and a small children who died in a riot. He made the sculpture s of all the personalities from Dhar And Indore.
