One of the best ladies gym u can find in Hyderabad. The gym has a variety of equipments and remarkable trainers like Seema who never run out of stamina. Seema always puts alot of efforts in exercises and pays keen attention to all students to correct their form. Seema understands everyone's body type and teaches them according to their needs. I would definitely recommend this gym and trainer Seema to everyone :)

Overall a good experience, the Trainor (Seema) is awesome. She did Teach me many workouts wherein my weight has reduced drastically.

It's been one year now for Saba she has to change her exercises strategies.Gym has ok type equipments, music system is good, seema is friendly. Gym owner is also good. Please look into bringing few more items like plates, sandbags or balls, ankle weights, trx bands ect. N fix square mats as they slip alot.

Excellent service & management. Been working out in different gyms but the experience has been nothing like this. The equipments, hygiene, massager anr aerobics classes are excellent by Trainers Ms. Sumayya & Ms. Seema

working out here is more than fun! the weight loss program is perfect and you can notice changes in just a week. Seema ma'am is amazing and picked out some really effective workouts. joining this gym is definitely worth it
