The room was pathetic- Bed sheets were torn, dirty. Washroom faucet was not working. There was no ventilation in the room. Geyser was not working and staff refused to arrange hot water. They had given us used room which was really unhygienic.

Very bad room the matter not clean and there is bugs in the bed there is problem in water I missed my trip because of water I waited 2 hours till water come

Hotel akash is really very good and affordable with very good service i literally like even their food and everything ...just ...the... people's were a little wierd but rest was perfect highly recommended!!

Very poor facility and all things. Total unhygienic rooms. No soap and no clean drinking water. Water jug and glasses also not cleaned. Unconditional charges increased by oyo with in 12 hours which is very embarrassing for me totally disappointed. Hotel staff don't have way of talking. When we asked about to change the room Or clean the room they denied and said they don't have laundry. Good excuses they have. Aaj tak ka sabse bakwas experience.

Worst location, and on the top of everything, very rude and unacceptable behaviour. I booked this property from Make My Trip and in this hot summer I managed to go there in that interior and inferior location and the receptionist denied to provide my booked room by saying all rooms are occupied. The hotel entry, and irresponsible behaviour of staffs. All sucks.

staff behaviour was very good, room was good, but they didn't provide the bath kit, whole night the sound of their reception telephone was coming to my room, the staff was talking loudly that was disturbing. Shower was not working so i had to repair that myself. but overall I'm giving 3 stars because of staff's good behaviour.
