The shop is neat and products are placed nicely. The products were expensive, but good quality. Went to buy a short kurta of xs size. But the collection was minimal. The shop only had yellow lights, and it was difficult to identify the colour of the dresses precisely. They should at least keep white lights in the changing rooms.

Not many varieties of clothes are available. The shop is neatly maintained. Situated beside multiple cloth showrooms. Not many offers are available. The products are expensive as it is fabindia products.

Nice selection of ethical wear. Service oriented and supporting staff.

I can't understand why any Calicut Fabindia doesn't store good stuff, usually I buy stuff from Bangalore and you get what u desire. I suppose here all factory seconds are stored, my frank opinion.

Great ambience and overall experience was great. Friendly and very helpfulstaff .

Pathetic experience from fab india. Delivered a damaged product and not willing to give another product as they don't have another option and not willing for refund either. And that too immmediately after billing. The behaviour of the manager was also rude , arguing and denying damage and I had to return the product to the store. They were least bothered about customer as if a single customer doesn't make difference to them.
