Having sensed monopoly, off late behaviour of attending staff has gone CUSTOMER UN_FRIENDLY... One who makes purchases of over 15 - 20k is also made to make arrangements of change - of last remaining amount! Even a grocery shop owner in AHMEDABAD will let 1-2 rupees off - or will provide change nearest to denomination of 10 Rs!
By default a SHOP OWNER is supposed to hold sufficient change to provide customers exact amount of change. Not acceptable for sure for the kind of premium that is being charged and clients dealt with.
