A truly horrendous experience where I attempted to return a faulty item and was refused when the shirt was claimed to not have a manufacturing error; the stitching on the buttons was falling out after a week of purchase. They also claimed the item was dirty, a sales associate took the shirt for 10 minutes to show a manager and then later pointed to a mark on the sleeve that was definitely not present before. Because of this act of deceit to try and palm a faulty product I choose to have no relation to Fabindia I've cancelled my visacard, refuse to shop there.

Nice place and collections of India handmade frabic, organic supplements for every day use, The location is very located in a very good little problem for the traffic because of the construction of flyover Bridge, it will be nice place for shooting the Indian Handlom and organic food once the the construction is over.

Visited with my mother to buy cushion covers. It's a large store covering 3-4 floors. This place has limited staff, we had to go around the store looking for someone to help us. The collection was very limited and looked very outdated in comparison to the fab India collection in Mumbai. None of the ACs were working on one floor, and ended up sweating due to a lack of ventilation. It was an awful shopping experience. This place had a lift which starts from the basement and there are no signage to inform people about it. We ended up climbing a flight of 20 strep stairs; quite a hassle for elderly people.

Very poor customer service of Fabindia, Zoo Road Branch!!! Few staff needs immediate training on handling customers. Highly disappointed as a brand like Fabindia recruiting/not training such Staff who cant handle customers with their needs.

1. I was buying 3 copper glasses (the last 3), 1 was badly dented, 1 had a bent on the edge. I asked for a discount. They were totally clueless about what to do and unhelpful. 2. They had a contactless device for paying with card, but did not know how to use it. I could not pay.

Great new space and fabindia is looking to reinvent themselves and their brand in the city. Would recommend a visit and indulge in the classy collection

FabIndia never disappoints! That can be their tagline really. And once you get the feel of FabIndia, nothing else can be good enough for you. This particular store has ample collection and have nice employees to help you choose and match your outfits. From kurtas to bags to furnishings, it's a place that makes you fall in love over and over again. As I write this review, I am mentally planning a visit there tomorrow! Festive season collection must be there already!
