Fabindia Hindustan Park - Clothing store in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

I wish to give negative stars to this fraud company. For more than 10 years I and my family members bought several things from this shop. The quality and behaviour of fabindia specially Hindustan park branch is horrible and beyond expectation. I bought a kurti from this store of fabindia and after wearing it for a single day, it tore putting me in an embarrassing moment. When I went and complained about the same they casually responded that if only I had kept the tag it could be replaced and asked us to mail for the same and never bothered to reply for the same. Again during puja, I bought a trouser and before wearing it I saw the white trouser has got mixed color of some other cloth from the store( as I kept it inside their packet). This time I saved the tags and hence asked them for replacement. Without seeing the defect an arrogant lady told that it can't be replaced! After several argument, other staffs came and detected the fault and told us it will be replaced after puja. Few days later I got a call where one of their staff told that the same trouser has arrived and after visiting they were all so puzzled about it and after checking several times and confirming from different person, they told that the same thing is not available! And the staffs never bothered to show me other cloth as I had to choose in place of that trouser. They totally ignored to help me and I had to search and pick up things. I shared my horrible, insulting experience to advise others please don't buy anything from this shop. The store manager, customer service and staffs are horrible and don't care about anything. I will never buy anything again from fabindia.

A loyalist since 2007. The best and the largest Fab India store in Kolkata. The perfect one stop shopping point.

The staff at the child/infant section was pretty reluctant and seemed very grumpy. For a kid's section, I feel better staff should be employed. However,the men's collection is great, and as for the dresses for women, the choice was very limited.

Excellent but we should judge the fibre ourself. 100% cotton may not be so always for fabindia at Hindustan park.. You can get fabindia garments at 50% discount at fabindia almost near Birla Mandir. Take an Auto from Gariahat towards Quest Mall.

For me it's a must stop whenever I am in India.I love the collection of the store and definitely the hospitality of the stuffs. My colleagues in Germany are in love with your bags and stoles. I have visited Fabindia stores in other cities but this stores customer care tops all.

Superb collection and most polite staffs. During this pandemic situation they've the best sanitization process. Also they've escalated chair for people with difficulty to climb the stairs.

The store refused to issue a credit note for something I wanted to return because their system was apparently not working. They were however open to making an exchange for any other item. Wonder how only selective parts of the system work!

You get authentic materials and the staff members are very patient and helpful.
