Fabindia Experience Centre, Whitefield - Clothing store in Bengaluru - Bengaluru Urban, India

Love this store, a great shopping experience as always.. very helpful staff and steaming all clothes before trying them on only makes you feel comfortable.. weekday is better as it was too crowded on the weekend.. nice selection of clothes and household items n most importantly very clean shop.. keep up the great work, cheers

The worst experience I have had in any Fabindia store by far. The first floor has nobody to help, the men are not interested in catering to customers needs.. they didn't even know where my clothing size was, but were busy spending time with foreign people. Their collection is not great and the first floor staff are simply complacent. I spent most of the time there looking through clothes myself. Still awaiting a call from their tailor - it has been three days since I gave the clothing that I bought in this store for alterations. Truly appalled by their service etiquette. Don't think I'll visit them again.

I like the Whitefield experience center and it used to be my go-to place for ethnic wear shopping. Recently, I am noticing they don't take care of customer service. Today I visited the store. I hardly could get any help in spite of asking for help. There were around 3 staff members on the top floor, and all of them were keen to help foreign customers. Is that fair? I had to struggle to find a few dresses by myself. Having said that, it may not be the case in all Fabindia outlets. But I would like Fabindia management to take required action so that customers like me will not avoid the store for such reasons. Thank you!

The store is pretty big and collection of home furnishings and furnitures is really good. Cloth collection is just average and the staff is inconsistent. Some of the staff members are very helpful and polite but some are very judgemental and least interested in helping us even if we request them.

This was my second visit to Fabindia at Whitefield. They have a superb collection of bedspreads and ladies outfits in various ranges. The quality of their stuff is very good. The staff are super polite and knowledgeable. Best of all they are extremely patient and willing to show any number of items. What also impressed me during these COVID times is their extreme levels of sanitation and safety. They steam press every single item of clothing before you take it to the trial room. All in all a very satisfying experience.

I love this store and I really want to appreciate the sales guy who attended to me when I left the store at nearly 10pm!! Very patient and knows how to deal with customers. I love this store for that :)
