I'm a huge admirer of Fab products. Visiting their outlet isn't just a typical shopping trip; it's an immersive experience. Their extensive range, including organic food, household necessities, kitchen essentials, self-care items, clothing, and accessories, is thoughtfully organized, making it a breeze to explore without feeling overwhelmed.

Great location, well styled and wonderful products. Blend of both south and north, tastefully done interiors with right products. Best shopping experience so far in coimbatore. If you want to grab a drink or eat snack or food while shopping, there is fabcafe. As the name suggests, it's a fab(ulous)india experience center. Do visit when you have time.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. I will def go to this place whenever i go back to India. I bought many stuffs and their best things are incents, and very good face creams.

Have been shopping at various Fab India outlets for over 25 years. The outlet on Race Course has varied categories from apparel to home furnishing to organic food. Ms. Sowmya, a long time employee, was extremely knowledgeable about the various styles/material and her assistance is much appreciated. Ms. Rajeswari, the seamstress, does alterations efficiently. Very pleased with the shopping experience and alterations . If there is a problem, it would be in getting in touch with them on the phone. Better if store numbers are printed on the bill. Had to get it from the net, but got thru' after checking the number with another outlet.

Disgusted with the quality and service! We bought a sofa set for our parents new house 3 months in advance. The delivery was set much later with sufficient time for them to manufacture and send. Delivery was still late. Post delivery, the cushion covers on the sofa had visible stitch lines on the top, like they had used left over cloth to make up a whole. They took it back when we complained and took another 3 to 4 weeks to deliver. Now after 2 months, when my mother lifted the cushion to clean the sofa, she saw that one of the cushion covers had completely lost the color and has become white in some areas!! Mind you, the sofa was hardly sat on, the covers were never removed to be washed, always indoors, and yet such a big discoloration. The bottom of the cushion had just faded away completely, which is ridiculous! I would have posted the picture of the cushion here if I could! This is not what you expect from a brand like Fab India. It was my parents dream to have a fab india sofa in their first home. They are old and retired and still have to follow up with the local team who give luke warm response at best. Horrible experience and the worst one lakh ever spent.

Terrible customer service despite the number of staff present on site. We were looking to purchase plates and side plates worth over Rs 12000 to carry with us overseas. The plates in the store were scratched so we asked for a new set to be ordered in to the shop. After talking to 4 different staff members we still did not get a clear answer of what the process was and how many days it would take. Moreover they seemed absolutely disinterested in helping us. We even complained when we were there and they assured us they would call us back in one hour to confirm the availability of the item and the process to order. They of course did not call and today when we called in they were totally clueless of our request.. We are thoroughly disgusted with the service and will not visit this store again.
