uneducated and rude staff . I am new to the city and visited this store to buy kurtis , tried few of them and finalized them .while packing my stuff at billing counter the staff packed wrong size.they resfued to exchange for correct size when i cane back another time . Such a great brand with so cheap customer service . pathetic . i will never visit this branch again . I think the owner should train their staff on how to deal with the customers and how to perform their duties . Now I have to bear the cost of item which is useless for me just because of their staffs mistake . If this is how you treat your customers then I'm sure people will visit your store just once but will never come back again .

Sales women are too pushy. That's not how the sales is done.

Beautiful and Warm store to visit, complete collection for men and women... The staff is super cordial and attentive to your requirements. The personal care items are super stocked and you will find everything. The decor items and just fabulous and u can't resist not buying something everytime you visit. Must visit in Bareilly

Less options than manyawar. We selected one dress and it's tag was missing. Staff was clueless about the product price details. And finally we were unable to buy the product. Bit surprising.
