The rooms were pathetic. There were no side tables near the bed. There are no water bottles and when I ask the staff to provide me water they said, the water bottles are finished at the hotel and they are arranging water, but from morning till the evening, nobody provides me water to drink. All the staff members behaved like that they are unprofessional and they don't have any kind of formal training of hospitality. The interiors, aesthetics of the hotels are like you're entering in a slum. Reception Guy is quite rude and entitled when I get inside the hotel, It was 12 PM and it was the check-in time. The room was not ready so they asked me to wait at the restaurant, until my room get ready. I waited for 20 minutes and then I asked the guy (who was hanging around for sometime) is my room ready? he said, yes, it is ready, come with me. It was the worst experience.

Hotel dirty and with rats! Worst hotel where we have stayed during our vacation in India! the bathroom was super dirty, tobacco smell in the room and even the bath towels had tobacco smell, we found a couple of rats in our room and the door from the room did not close properly. When we told reception about the rats, they didn't even apologize. They changed us to another room although it was also super dirty and smelling super bad. Initially we booked the room for 2 nights, but we left after the first night. Funny thing is that when we did the checkout and told the guys that we were leaving because of the dirt and the rats, they even tried to sell us a tour around the city.

Worst experience ever we had. Don't go by the pictures shown on the websites. Dirty beds, messy floors, no towels, always call reception to switch on the hot water and in fact rats as well can be found. Smelly rooms and obviously not a family place. For sure, we will not visit this place and not recommend any one.

The hotel is very very dirty. It is absolutely not worth the price of 1500 per night. Max to max one should pay 500 per night that too even if it is very urgent and you have no place to stay. This place is unhygienic and unbearable. The staff is not at all supportive. The rooms are small and they smell a lot. Very very bad experience with this hotel. Fab hotels were a good chain before but now their quality has degraded. Worst place to stay.

Room was old some things did not work properly. Fir my room, the geyser did not work despite raising the same request to the reception. No staff was sent for assistance. Some lights were not working, the lock on the main door also was difficult to open. Despite these drawbacks food was good and at good price

Unhygienic place to stay. This hotel should consider having pest control as there are many smalls rats partying at the night. Please don't consider this hotel if you are traveling with family or business trips. Unhygienic bathrooms and there is no proper internet connections too. Personally not recommending to stay here.

1. Staff is highly unprofessional and kind of rude. You will have feel as if u are at some small dhaba alongside highway. 2. Rooms are spacious but not maintained, there are charging pts all around but hardly any works. 3. no toiletries, not even handwash. No tea/coffee and u get 1L of complimentary water irrespective of ur stay for any number of day's stay. 4. But good part is u will never be alone, there are cat, rats and pigeons to give to company. 5. No one bothers to clean the corridors before next day to ensure cats & rats don't die hungry 6. wifi is as good as not available....so office types must carry ur internet along

Horrible experience. Obligee de mettre une etoile pour pouvoir publier un avis... C'est le premier hotel "3 etoiles" que je vois d'aussi degueulasse. J'avais reserve 2 nuits via Booking. Je n'avais pas vu les avis sur Google. Des que vous arrivez a l'hotel, vous etes mal accueillis. Le staff est saoule, irrespectueux et pas professionnel. Les chambres (j'en ai vu 3), c'est une catastrophe. J'ai encore l'odeur degoutante des couloirs et des chambres. Mes chambres sentaient l'humidite a 100% + le tabac + les pigeons( derriere l'aeration de la salle de bain). Les draps et oreillers etaient sales. Les matelas sont degueulasse. Les toilettes cassees. Les coins des pieces sales. Des trous sur le plafond. Une espece de fenetre ouverte sans aucune fermeture et qui donne sur un muret remplis d'eau.. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude. La clim n'est pas controlable. Lisez les reponses de l'hotel sur les commentaires. C'est du copie colle. Ils ont en rien a faire des clients, ni de ce qu'on pense. Je deconseille fortement d'y aller. C'est la premiere fois que je publie un avis sur internet. N'y allez pas..
