Please don't stay at this place. You'll regret it big time. To begin with, bathroom had old towels, soap, cigarette buds lying, all over bathroom uncleaned. We ordered dinner. They accepted it and only upon follow up said we can't arrange it now. Later they managed to get us food. But, they will demand 50 rs to only give you empty plate to eat. Absurd! This place is worst than you can ever imagine. Used Bed sheets and towels will be provided and attitude of the staff is like rowdies. Not a safe place to stay. They promise to give u best but make u feel hell with service. Completely unethical. I ordered food at 8pm but at 11pm also they where playing cards and questioning back what have u ordered. Forced to pay early payments. The place full of cockroaches. No working TVs. Totally disaster night u will feel. Not a safe place at all. Next morning, we had to remind them to give us breakfast. Upon multiple follow ups they said you wait till 11.30 or you can leave. We left gracefully.

Bad experience ever had.. Blacklist the hotel for being rud with dirty and filthy unclean rooms.. Though breakfast charges were taken no breakfast was given.. Even fab hotels unprofessional approach to solve the issue.. Would never recommend fab hotels...

It was realy bad experience with white house hotel. It's not at all cleaned There were condoms. Service person didn't respond. We were there just for 2hrs. Frim 6am to 8am And paid 1540 for 2 persons. We request fab team to refund my amount.

Room. Size was pretty good with a good ambience inside but the amenities was zero. No TV (though it was mentioned), dirty and stained bedsheets and smell was coming. They didn't have changed the last visited person bed covers. Pathetic completely, even they charged us extra as we were not having adhar card in hard copy and they were not ready to accept government approved e-aadhar.

The staff anytime chewing gutka and smoking very rough behaviour Commode did not have a seat and bathroom lock was broken. Asked them to change the room all 5 other rooms they showed me AC was working slowly in all of them. They gave me a bucket to support close the bathroom door and said they will fit a new commode seat which they never did during my 2 days stay. Bathroom tap dispensed water awfully slowly 15 minutes to fill one bucket. The shower dispensed water like an umbrella you can never take bath under it. The tv was damaged, they didn't bother to change it.

Best example of worst Hotel, dingy rooms, foul smell, linens dirty, arrogant staff, lift not working has to step down 4 floors, I can't understand ur procedure to onboard hotels like this, they are just intrested in giving hotels in hourly basis.

Really bad maintained rooms, no cleanliness at all anywhere, staff no professional behaviour. i left as soon as I saw the room.

My recent hotel stay was an absolute nightmare. Not only did the hotel staff not honor the booking that I had made, but they also demanded additional payment for the duration of my stay. This was an unacceptable and unpleasant experience that left me feeling cheated and disrespected. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed me that the room I had booked was not available, and that I would have to pay extra to stay in a different room. I was shocked and frustrated, as I had already paid in full for the room online. The hotel staff was unhelpful and unsympathetic, refusing to offer any kind of explanation for why they could not honor my booking.
