I really wish I could give --100 stars to the hotel. Guys, if you are keen to visit a marvellous trash for your stay with an ultra classy pathetic customer service, please stop your search, this is your place to go. Be it location, place, rooms, cleaning, food or the amenities (which were none) everything was just top notch on line to make you feel you are sleeping on roadside in a trash bin. I feel so disheartened that I spent 6k for 2 nights. However, just stayed for a single night with the great service provided to me, I was okay to let go my 3k for a night but I would never suggest or choose this place to stay. Please stay safe!!! Also, the breakfast you will be getting will be the leftover from last week which was stored in the fridge.

Location is exactly in Saki Naka. They have not disclosed the actual address of the hotel. It is a slum area. It will not look like a hotel. It is an old complex like Building and in that the hotel is on 1st floor. No lift available. No airation and proper windows also in the room. Rooms were having cockroach and lots of mosquitos. Geyser was leaking and the bucket in the bathroom was dirty. The cushion on the bed was also dirty. Overall it is not a good place to stay with family. I felt really bad to pay 2000rs for that hotel.

Stupid staff. Third class infrastructure. No lift. No staff to carry luggage. Pathetic food. Stinking rooms to which hotel staff is least bothered as they will first take full payment. Below standard in all aspects.

I had the worst experience... When you enter the hotel prices, you are asked to pay the complete amount so that a person cannot get a chance to even vacate the hotel in the middle of his stay after having the awful experience. Issues I am facing:- 1. Breakfast is of no good... You are given an option to opt for only 1 breakfast item out of idli sambhar, meduvada, bread omlette. That's it. These are the only options. They serve 4 mini idlis with 2 spoons of sambhar. This is what they claim their breakfast to be. 2. We had to change 3 rooms as each room had a big issue or problem. One did not have a single window. The other did not have geyser and sufficient lights and the third was super dirty. We ourselves have to ask the staff to get our rooms cleaned up. 3. Food- They have the worst food in the whole hotel industry. To play safe I ordered an aloo parantha and they ruined that also badly. It looked more like a Japanese pan cake with stuffing. It was uncooked maida with tasteless stuffing. I did not see such kind of parantha pan cake in my entire life. 4. I got a WhatsApp message one day before my planned stay that if I play Rs. 2500 in advance I ll have to pay Rs. 1000 less in the total amount. I paid the advance amount before coming to the hotel in the hope that I will get Rs. 1000 concession but the hotel staff charged the full amount without giving the benefit of rs. 1000. What was the point of making 2500 rupees in advance? All these reviews are being written inside the hotel room only. This is what I am going through. Because I have paid the full amount, i cannot go and take some other hotel. Hope you can feel the torture I am going through. Never book a Fab Hotel i would suggest. I have been continuously coordinating with the customer service but no help has been provided so far. It's been 3 days here. Thank you.

Its a 3rd class hotel, if its possible I would give 0 star, the hotel is disgusting. The staff is rubbish, every where cockroch and mosquitoes, the aircon is smelling because its not serviced. The pillow and bed linen are disgusting and smelling too. Its waste of money and waste of time. Kitchen is very unhygienic and dirty.

There was a used Pan wrapper in my room, the wash basin was leaking and there were bugs inside the room. It is definitely not the way it seems in pictures.

Worst Experience! Never ever book this hotel. It's a loss of your money... The rooms are small and stinking, small cockroaches everywhere.. Found the kitchen unhygienic.. Internet doesn't work (Room #111). Not recommended..

Zero rating because i check in on 17/07/2023 at 12:30 and i check out same day at 7:30 just because of blockage of drainage too much smell i request to fabhotel chain kindly refund my money
