Terrible experience, hotel staff and owner Mr Balaji both are very rude and not supportive, they asked for checkout and ready for argument if you complaint them about services. Washroom was terrible, no exaust fan, no glasses, toiletries seat was broken, handle of gate was broken. About room.. in two days stay..no cleaning was done even after asking, no shampoo or soap provided .For breakfast..they provide a 20 rs poha plate in polythene without a plate and spoon. Comeone man.. even 500 rs rent hotel provide these things. U take 1500 per day. All Google reviews and other app reviews are fake for this hotel and not genuine. Beware for booking ..
They don't accept dog.. it is written that they are pet friendly but wrong information and also they will take payment and book and once u reach their they will say the booking person is not working there. Fake detail so don't trust this hotel

I have always preferred fab hotels for my trips. But my trip on 22nd April 2023 would be my last booking with Fab hotels. Their quality has dropped way too much and have come at par with some of the hourly based hotels. First - the room had a very strong smell of cigarettes. Second- there was a TV and Tata Sky set top box but the subscription was expired. So no TV Third - the wash room was not very clear and has stains. The taps had. corrosion. The toile seat was completely broken. Fourth- only one towel was provided and we has to ask for another towel. That's when we were given one small soap. Fifth- no drinking water was provided. We had to buy one. This experience of mine was completely in contract to my pre covid booking with Fab. Very disappointed to say the least.
