My room was very good nea and clean. They gave me complimentary breakfast which was super tasty I'm very happy with their service
Overall service was pathetic, my Check in time was 12.00 o clock, but I was ask to weight till night 8 o clock to lobby with my baby(i paid full rent in advance,still this happened to me) Bed sheet and pillow cover was not changed, they changed bedsheet and pillow cover only after I asked them to change, And breakfast ( which is included in room booking ) not provided for my kid, thay were giving excuses for this.. As a whole not recommended for family
Very nice and clean room. Hotel staff is very cooperative. We get home feeling in this hotel. Best hotel to go in Andheri East.

Rooms are not neat and clean. Booked thru fabindia, but they had not made payment to the hotel . But as customer we suffered. No breakfast provided by hotel but they included the charges. Overall bad experience
