It was a very bad experience i must say. It was in 2018 we booked this hotel for two days our booking was confirmed. We landed in the evening and reached our destination within half an hour from the airport. It was the coldest day in Delhi. When we pursued our booking at the hotel they simply denied, although we had confirmed booking through make my trip. The hotel authority said they gave our room to another person at a high rate so he was pleased to do so but he will be able to adjust our booking in some other hotel. It was our compulsion to agree on their offer. The room they allotted to us instead of that room that we booked was very smelly and pathetic. There was a wall in the room seaping with water continuously and the bathroom was very dirty. My message to everyone please don't go to the reviews of this hotel the reviews are posted by their own persons. Worst hotel in Mahipalpur.

I booked room for today (3/11/22). I reached hotel exactly at 9:48 PM. Receptionist was so arrogant and ill-mannered. He asked me to sit without any other communication and keep talking on phone. I asked thrice regarding my room and they didn't responded properly. Even after 25 mins , i was unable to get any response or room. So didn't had any option other than to shift to some other hotel around 10:30 PM Worst hotel staff, totally fraud
Pathetic condition of the room, the washroom was dirty, lighting inside was poor. The room was filled with mold, the bedding was having strains and the pillow looked like it hadn't been washed for a long time. Not worth the price and horrible expense.
Very bad experience. Wash basin was leakage and water spill. Leakage water flows towards bed. No towel provided. Location of hotel near airport so that is good.

Worst Service & horrible behavior of receptionist. Made disability person to come from 4th floor to ground floor through steps. No cleanliness maintened. They don't keep up there words. Never recommend this hotel particularly aged & disabled persons.
I had checked into the hotel in the afternoon.. the hotel is situated near to the Delhi Airport but the location is very bad and congested. Hotel rooms are very bad.. dusty beds and tables.. toilets are the worst.. bad smell and dirty.. rust water coming from the pipes... Horrible Experience.. Not Recommended Don't go by the misleading pictures posted about the hotel on the internet.
