Rooms are nice and spacious but not as clean and tidy as you'd like. The prices that they offer are a bit higher that other available options

Pathetic hotel rooms and poor maintenance. Hotel team is completely unprofessional, rude. No commentment for basic service. 1. No mirror in room. 2. TV without setup box. 3. Only two items in breakfast and serving cold, unhygienic handling. 4. Reception female staff doesn't know basic guest behaviour. 5. Washing guest usesble cutlery in public area washroom. It's completely not recommendable forevery.

Stayed here for 7 days.. location was ok.. Below are the problems I faced.. 1. Local people don't know about this hotel.. there is board or sign outside/near gate.. Taxi will just drop you there, you will keep searching.. 2. In my whole one week stay, AC never worked.. when complained, receptionist told it can't be repaired for next few months.. when asked for refund, she just told we won't give any.. 3. TV also never worked.. I didn't complain anything about it as I know nothing is going to happen.. 4. No one is coming to clean the room.. after complaint, just cleaned only once.. 5. There was no hanger to keep your jeans.. 6. For dinner and all, they don't update anything beforehand.. when you place order, they just tell sorry sir, chef not available, you can order from outside.. 7. Prices are not updated in menu.. during checkout they will ask for more.. Not at all good stay..

Utter cheat.Big time fraud in the name of Fab Hotel. This is basically an Oyo type hotel and the pictures of the room uploaded don't reveal the reality. In reality the rooms are utterly poor and service wise is a disgrace. Room smells like a chimney.

Very good stay room is very neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative. Iam so happy for futur corporates hotel and lamington hotel.

Ac not working, no room assistance,no water bottles ,tv not working ,public convence not available ,lift not working , washroom pathetic ,room suffocation , no air ,room door not getting locked ,floor dirty,floor wooden flooring was making sound ,intercom not working,washroom amenities missing , room light blinking ,fan was not smooth ,window glass broken etc Not able to sleep throughout... 1. Hotel name (Fab hotel the leamington) not mentioned anywhere. had though time to find. 2. Service is not good, took 1hr for breakfast. TV cable was not working after complaint recharged the cable. 3. Not good at all in that price.

I clebebrated my babies first birthday party. First they said that there won't be any extra charge for DJ and Decoration it will be included in 700 per plate cost. Then they said 5K will be for DJ and 2K for decoration and then after they said you have to pay 9K for decoration. Also the food they served as sample was totally different from actual food. The food was very poor. Munchurians were overcooked and so hard. There were flies flying over the food. Ac was not working properly.
