This is hotel is cheating it's customers. Room rent in Oyo is rs 950, but they charging rs 1500. Food is being charged at twice the actual rates printed in menu. There is no electricity backup, since midnight there is no electricity in hotel till our checkout..no hot water supply in rooms, bedsheet and other linens of room was dirty and used.. staff has no professionalism... completely dirty place to stay... They are creating bad image of indore for outsider visitors..
Fellow travellers, avoid this hotel at all costs. It was an ugly experience. I booked via goibibo but they refused us because of 'low tariff' reason. Then they demanded 1000 rupees extra "cash" just to honor the booking. I had to comply as I was in a rush to get somewhere. However, the real horror start after I entered the room. The sheets were all soiled and discoloured. The floors were slimy and sticky. The bathroom was such that I didn't even use it. Then, I noticed the hotel was really busy with lots of 'young couples' who were short time stayers. This made me connect the dots for the priorities of this property. Alas! I couldn't figure this out earlier but mentioning everything to save future travellers. The photos on the websites are very far from reality.
