The hotel receptionist was very rude. In the name of breakfast included package he only served bread and tea . No other meals was available even requested on chargeable basis. I had never visited such hotel in my life . For breakfast I had to call FAB hotel customer care and after their help they served PARATHA and vegetable which was brought from the road side street food which was not hygiene. We left the hotel within 1 hour without meal . Worst hotel . Recommend no one to go to such hotel

Nice room but you can expect good facilities. Gud for a small family or bachelor's on medium budget.Wi-Fi was available. Close to many things to do in Kolkata like waterparks and many others. easy to get vehicles, n lot of eateries around.

I stayed in FabHotel Suncitel for 04 days from 19th to 22nd September 2023.First 03 days booking was through Online app and last one day was through Hotel Reception. While check out, I wanted to settle my due bill amount through Credit Card payment to which the person in the reception refused to accept any online payment other than UPI payment to their owner Private Bank account or payment through Cash. ( Evading Government Taxes ?) I am really surprised how this Hotel has been included in FabHotels. Hotel has given me only a money receipt for the payment paid by me. Complementary breakfast is limited to bread with butter / bread toast and egg omelet. Breakfast will be served only after 8.30am. Outside food is not permitted inside the hotel room and they also have limited options in their food menu thereby guest are compelled to have food from their limited option menu. Rooms were dirty not maintained properly. I will not recommend for stay in this Hotel considering my bad experience . Also photos displayed in the portal is not matching with actual room. Overall this Hotel is not value for money.

This Hotel no good for corporate travellers. They have issues with providing bill copy, bath towel, breakfast. Dirty linens. Common area. Can stay only if no other option available. Take your towel, food etc with you.

Decent place. Close to airport. Rooms are a little old but clean and as advertised. Got a good view from room. Beds are too soft, some might not prefer that soft. Service is top notch. Helped with every request. All amenities were provided. Polite staff. Some things to note: They provide shuttle service to airport which is barely 1.5km to 2km and charge an outrageous INR 350 with zero waiting (saw the sheet, to some they had charged 500 and 1000 as well). They need to charge a nominal fee or provide that for free, with the right type of room. Felt like they operate as Oyo Townhouse as well, in Google maps it was showing so and the design of rooms and corridor was such.

At check in counter staff was not polite and insisting on photo which is not asked by any other hotel. The location is on main Road but too noisy whole night. The quality of bathing soap provided was too cheap. The kitchen provides only Chinese menu for lunch/ dinner and bread for breakfast. The commode flush and geyser also had problems. Overall not very comfortable stay

I had to change 3 rooms in one night. Last room changed at 2.30 AM . Be careful if you are given the room facing the roadside. The horrible sound of heavy traffic will not let you sleep. My whole night went almost awake and next day full of restless ness. In the name of breakfast they give you only 4 bread toast. No other option. No tea or coffee after 10.30 pm. They might have some better rooms but don't know how to grab them.
