The location is extra peaceful and beautiful, though a bit inside from the main road. There is a trail very close by for morning and evening runs/walk. The OYO facility isn't much more than an apartment building converted into serviced apartments. The service is just average- they want us to buy some unique and costly bottled water, not even the possibility of a morning tea though they have a full fledged menu card available. The rooms are good. The maintenance should be ramped up a bit to ensure the fittings are in the best shape- found wobbly fittings at multiple places. Would recommend the location definitely. The rooms, eh.. Maybe, maybe not..

Good and economical place to stay with very calm atmosphere. Cleanliness can be improved. No eating places nearby. Food service thru apps. As all facilities are there, a mini Kitchen can be maintained. Otherwise it is a good place where you can not dream of getting it at such low prices.

The rooms are part of houses open for rent. Pretty basic facilities. The room won't get cleaned unless you expressly ask for it. Food menu kept inside all rooms are from a South Indian restaurant nearby that makes pretty average and spicy food. Delivery is fast and dependable though. The receptionist didn't return the change for the booking amount I paid to him. Reminded him for two days and then he gave me a soiled RS 500 note right before I checked out. No one was around during afternoons and early evenings to take calls. The inverter doesn't support the landline so if there's no electricity you're on your own with just a working fan and lights. WiFi is pretty dismal and signal is weak on the higher floors.

Beware, if you're bulk booking well in advance for marriage parties at the counter. Had bad experience as they said the rooms have been booked for another party through app. Out of 9 rooms booked, they gave only 3 and accomodated other 6 to n their another nearby OYO property, which was not so good. Stay experience in this place for the 3 rooms was good.

Was a very nice experience being here. The rooms were excellent for the price and the locality was a quiet one. Overall highly satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

The location that Oyo has taken is a calm and pleasant location and the view of Adayar river from the windows make it even more prettier day time. The second best thing about Oyo is the affordability of the rooms. It comes in handy to the people who travels a lot at a minimal budget

Most peacefull apartment I ever stay. Rent was moderate. room service is too good. Very clean and tiny. Room maintance was too good. Friendly staffs. Nice place to stay for family and couples.

Nice experience to stay at oyo here. Paid around 900 for a night.10km from Chennai airport. Ola and uber is available 24x7.
