Again probably it's your duty to get us the details. Money was paid at hotel reception and the room provided was given after receiving the payment. And shamelessly u provide an absolute 3rd class room. You cannot provide an excuse that deal was made by online 3rd party platform. It's your hotel at the end of the day. You should deal with your 3rd party dealers on hotel details. I did not argue back at the hotel because I was trapped into payment before the room was shown- "cheaters by all means". Would not have stayed even.. But had to keep calm there as I was an outsider.

Amazing hotel .I was happy to stay there staff was really nice room was great comfortable beds clean with good light and nice ac .The temple in front gave a great wine. Wifi was quite fast and easy to access. So in toto my experience was amazing next time .

You can find hotel rooms at affordable price. Just walking distance from the Bhopal Railway station. Reaching might be challenging as the lane in which it is situated can easily be overlooked. They provided morning breakfast in buffet. Cost was comparatively low. Low budget travllers can definitely go for this. Use Google map to reach. There is a temple just opposite of the hotel. So ready to be awake by BHAJANS.

I had pleasant stay at Sonali Hotel Staff and managers are very supportive and professional. They are polite and gives respect from very 1st minute. Snacks are good and need to have some more variety for Lunch and dinner menu. On a scale of 10 , i recommend 8.5 on most of services.

more or less I find this hotel is good with price. Near Bhopal Junction, walkable from platform number 3 if you don't have big luggage. Auto will take Rs. 50.

Room are not clean and Staff is also less only one person doing all things Not to visit again

Ground floor rooms are not good but other rooms on 1st and 2nd floor are very spacious and well lighted, airy.
